In 2022 I started by evaluating a soon-to-be-released onboarding flow for endowment insurance for corporate customers. After thorough user research, the flow went through a few changes and increased in usability and functionality quickly. By close collaboration in the product team as well as with product specialists, rules and regulation specialists the onboarding flow went from good to great.
This project has also been the pioneer when it comes to truly working with user data to learn and develop products in SEB Pension och Försäkring. I for example introduced a concept that we called Mythbusters. With this concept, we together in the team look at the data from Adobe Analytics to learn more about user behaviors and use this data to ideate and improve the flow continuously. This concept of working with data has since been introduced to other parts of the bank.
