When Covid hit in 2020 the restaurant business suffered and we at Trivec had to quickly launch a product that would help the part of the market that was still allowed to be open. Many restrictions required the guest to sit down at the table and there was a need to handle orders as well as limiting staff costs – Trivec Buddy was born. I worked as the only UX designer in the team as well as a UI designer together with front end developers to create a design framework for the product. I also worked a lot with evaluating the product to see what functionality and flows were needed for future development.
